Entrepreneurship Development in Management of Intra School Student Organizations in SMA/ SMK Level in the East Indonesian Province

With a lack understanding related to management school level, lecturers Faculty Social Political Sciences (FISIP) Unjani organize Education Training for SMA/SMK in Eastern Province Indonesia. The method used this community service provide material development creativity competitions members between schools. Community Intra-School Student Organizations runs smoothly accordance with desired expectations. Students participate actively every series activities held. In addition participating Webinar as pinnacle service, students also preparation creative business proposals, poster making competitions, Share Content competitions. Thus, carried out by FISIP make positive contribution providing new thoughts well ideas, innovations that can be applied implemented organizations environment where they study. form an entrepreneurial spirit, namely leader who has spirit.
